MTech Distributors LLC ("MTech," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit mtechdistributor.com or a related MTech website or portal, create an account, purchase products, request a quote, contact us, or apply for or use ATM, merchant-processing, payment, or related services (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy applies to personal information handled through the Services and related customer interactions. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that maintain their own privacy policies. When MTech processes information on behalf of a merchant or other business customer, that customer's privacy notice may also apply, and privacy requests relating to that information may need to be directed to that customer.

Depending on how you interact with MTech, we may collect:

• Contact and identifying information, such as your name, business name, mailing or billing address, email address, telephone number, and account identifiers.

• Account information, such as authentication information, account preferences, and account activity.

• Order and commercial information, such as products or services requested or purchased, quotes, order history, shipping information, returns, warranties, repairs, and support records.

• Payment and transaction information, such as payment method, billing details, transaction records, and limited payment-card information made available by payment providers.

• Merchant and ATM application information, such as government-issued identification, Social Security numbers or other tax identification numbers where required, business ownership information, bank-account and ACH/EFT settlement information, and processing history.

• Communications and preferences, including form submissions, calls, emails, survey responses, newsletter choices, and marketing preferences.

• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps.

  • Maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, collect amounts owed, and protect MTech, our customers, and others.

  • Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, sponsor-bank, processor, card-network, ATM-network, and law-enforcement requirements.

  • Carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected or with your authorization.

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to maintain accounts and shopping carts, remember preferences, measure site traffic, improve performance, prevent fraud, and protect forms from automated abuse.

The website uses tools that may include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile, and website-performance or optimization providers. These providers may receive device identifiers, IP address, browser information, pages viewed, interactions, and similar usage information under their own privacy terms. Analytics and technology providers may collect information about activity over time and across websites or online services, depending on their tools and your browser settings.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking certain cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working correctly. The website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is no uniform industry standard for those signals.

Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Depending on the transaction, payment-card information may be collected directly by a payment provider or transmitted to that provider to authorize and complete the transaction. MTech may receive transaction details and limited payment information needed to complete an order, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. Payment providers handle information according to their own privacy policies and payment-security obligations.

Merchant-processing and ATM-processing services may require more sensitive information, including identity, tax, ownership, banking, ACH/EFT settlement, and processing information. We use and disclose that information as reasonably necessary to evaluate and administer the requested services, comply with law and network requirements, prevent fraud, and work with sponsor banks, processors, financial institutions, and networks.

Where payment-card data is stored or processed, it is subject to applicable payment-card industry requirements. Sensitive authentication data, such as card-verification codes, must not be retained after transaction authorization.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide requested products and services, complete transactions, administer accounts and processing relationships, comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, sponsor-bank, processor, and network obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the relationship involved, and the purpose for which the information is used. When information is no longer required, we delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Information submitted through our website is protected in transit using Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS). We seek to limit access to personal information to personnel and service providers who need it for legitimate business purposes.

If applicable law provides a right to appeal a denial, you may appeal by replying to our response and stating that you are requesting an appeal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

The Services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
